Boot to recovery environment automatically
The Recovery media requires to press a key withing 5 Seconds (“Press any key to boot from CD or DVD”). This is not long enough in some scenarios. With the registry key below you can skip directly into the recovery environment:
- Unordered List ItemAdd registry key on Veeam Agent for Windows machine here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Veeam\Veeam Recovery Media\
RecoveryMediaRemoveBootPrompt (DWORD, 1)
- Unordered List ItemCreate new recovery media
CAUTION: key location might change in future versions!
