The Recovery media requires to press a key withing 5 Seconds (“Press any key to boot from CD or DVD”). This is not long enough in some scenarios. With the registry key below you can skip directly into the recovery environment:

• Add registry key on Veeam Agent for Windows machine here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Veeam\Veeam Recovery Media\

RecoveryMediaRemoveBootPrompt (DWORD, 1)

• Create new recovery media
